Fremont Water and Fire Damage Restorations

The fire and water damage visible in this stairway hints at the extensive soot and smoke coating and damaging the rest of the structure. The SERVPRO project manager, this is a big fire and smoke damage job, can work with the insurance carrier and owner to outline and execute a restoration to preloss state within budget and timelines. Upon agreement, the fire and smoke mitigation begin with discarding charred, unsavable building elements, assemblies, and possessions. We can set up hydroxyl generators or ozone machines to start neutralizing the pungent odors. The General Contractor License #: 937457 allows our team to stay within codes and complete the restoration, requesting outside help if necessary. The goal is a seamless transition from fire and water damage clean up to full restoration.
