Newark School Needs Water Removal
SERVPRO was called during the night to begin a water removal service at this Newark area school. The corridors had about an inch of water migrating into different rooms from under the door thresholds. The hoses in the Before Photo have squeegee wands and are connected to strong, portable pumps. The water was not contaminated, which eased the danger of sewage or pathogens with immediate clean-up. The After Photo illustrates several air movers and axial fans circulating the moisture-laden air where the high LGR low grain refrigerant dehumidifiers capture the water vapor, drying out the interior to a standard indoor relative humidity. The red tape covered the cables to prevent trips or slips during the service.
